About Us

We’re not just about systems. We’re about stewardship.

Not just for now, but for generations to come.

Water, it’s one of our most valuable but most wasted resources.

And when it comes to a cleaner New Zealand, we think protecting our water supply is a pretty good place to start.

Why we do what we do

New Zealand may be mighty, but as a landmass we’re small.

And with water resources being key to many industries, we recognise that for a healthy economy we need to manage wastewater and runoff in a way that preserves the place we call home.

This is why we do what we do.

Since 2006, we have worked with architects, housing developers and business owners to add reliable wastewater solutions to their design and planning, helping them to build a sustainable future.

Jargon? Not here.

In an industry full of jargon, we’re all about clarity.

At WaterFlow, we’re here to support you from the first hello to installation and beyond:

  • We don’t hide behind terminology: we’ll share our years of industry expertise (and passion for wastewater!) and give you honest advice without bias.
  • We’re seriously helpful: You could say we know wastewater like the back of our hand. We’ll only recommend the best customised treatment solutions for your site and lifestyle.
  • No hidden costs: just tailored solutions to meet your budget and a free site assessment.
  • Ongoing support: Don’t be a stranger, let’s be partners in making our shared backyard more sustainable.

Our Three Pillars

Knowledge: Our team are wastewater experts.

We know our way round industry regulations, we’re experts on council consents and we understand our customers’ needs.

Care: We’re committed to being your advocates.

Because together we can work to protect our environment.

Innovation: We’re not ones to get complacent.

We’re constantly striving to have the most innovative and robust solutions in the industry.

The WaterFlow Team

Ken Hoyle

He’s also the head designer and is qualified to write reports for council consent, so is our encyclopaedia when it comes to local regulations throughout the country.
