Reliable household drinking water deliveries
Before we deliver, a few things to note

Access: Please make sure your driveway and accessways are clear of things like overhanging branches, debris, or anything else that could get in the way or create a hazard for our delivery team.

Damage from obstructions: If our truck is damaged due to things like tree branches, overgrown vegetation, or debris on your property, you may be charged for repairs or recovery costs. This will be decided at our discretion.

Property damage: We take care during every delivery, but we’re not responsible for any damage to your property, including (but not limited to) driveways, paved areas, lawns, bridges, or septic systems (unless it’s clearly due to negligence on our part).

Septic systems: If there’s a septic tank or system where our truck needs to park or drive, please let us know in advance. It’s your responsibility to inform us so we can avoid any issues.
- Payment: We prefer payment before delivery, unless we've agreed on something else with you in advance.
