About WaterFlow

We have one simple goal

Make it easy for New Zealander's to build or maintain the homes they love, without harming our beautiful land.

Wastewater is a mystery to most people. Crowded with jardon, hidden costs, and complicated consent processes. So we decided to do things differently.

We believe in clarity and innovation. Straight answers, great products, honest pricing, and advice you can actually understand. No technical waffle. No upselling. No disappearing act once the system is in the ground.

Our job is to make your life easier.

To guide you through council rules.

To design a system that works with your land, not against it.

And to be the team that answers the phone when others don't.

Our values

Lead with knowledge

We understand wastewater systems deeply: how they work, why they matter, and where they can fail. Our role is to translate that expertise into clear guidance and practical direction, so you can make informed decisions with certainty.

Act with care

We take responsibility for doing things properly — for people, communities and the environment. That means listening, being available when you need us, and supporting decisions that protect land, water and long-term system performance. We focus on what matters, and we follow through.

Advance through innovation

We’re not ones to get complacent. We look for better ways to approach every challenge. By combining experience with curiosity, we develop solutions that improve performance, reduce complexity and meet contemporary standards. Innovation isn’t a slogan for us — it’s how we work.

Approved installers you can trust

We hold ourselves — and our nationwide network of installers and designers — to the highest standards. Carefully selected for their skill, professionalism, and respect for the environment, our installers deliver consistent, high-quality service wherever you are. From initial design to Council sign-off, every project is completed responsibly, transparently, and with integrity.
